Account Logic Capabilities
Processors like Galileo and Paymentology lack a customer definition but rely on accounts. Following the creation of a customer in our MO system, the subsequent step involves requesting the creation of an account in the processor’s system.
Understanding accounts
Accounts function as users' credit card aggregators, each capable of accommodating numerous credit cards within the limits set by the issuer. While sharing the same line of credit, each account designates a single owner. Transactions and statements made with the cards associated with an account are consolidated under the owner's name.
Create account group
Develop a system for classifying accounts into different segments based on their type, such as preferred and protected accounts.
Regulatory Necessities for the USA
- SCRA Protection Predefined Account Offering: Complies with the regulatory requirements of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) in the USA.
- MLA Protection Predefined Account Offering: Adheres to the regulatory guidelines outlined by the Military Lending Act (MLA) in the USA.
Multiple cards
With this functionality, a single account can manage multiple cards simultaneously, even if they have different credit conditions. Cardholders can create multiple cards within a single offer, which is useful for commercial cards or for a parent and child account that shares the same credit line.
Multiple cards with independent LOC logic
This feature enables the management of multiple credit cards within a single account hierarchy. It is especially beneficial for managing commercial cards or mother and children accounts, each with its own credit limits. This allows for easier management of independent lines of credit.
These advanced account logic capabilities streamline credit card management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, offering a comprehensive solution for diverse user needs.
