Administrative Portal
The Administrative Portal (Admin Portal) is the back-office portal that MO has developed in order to give to its clients a centralized and easy-to-access tool where they can access the information of the accounts managed in the Core and execute certain actions such as edit customer information or score.
In the Admin Portal, you will be able to access the following modules:
- Product Catalog: Information about the Products that have been configured for the project, the logic (revolving, installments), the minimum payment parameters if applicable, payment days, days between closing date and maximum payment day, etc.
- Accounts Module: All the details related to the account, such as: the generated payment promises, the authorizations and settlements, the payments, disputes, cards and others, related to the account.
- Portfolio Manager: Reporting module, with detailed information about all the entities in the core: Authorizations, settlements, payments, accounts, disputes, cards, advances, etc.
- Change History: Module with the log of all changes and actions performed through the Admin Portal, showing the IP from where the action was performed, the user, the change and all the related details.
- BI Dashboards: Dashboards with the most relevant KPIs of the credit card portfolio. Depending on your subscription you would have access to a generic dashboard with high level KPIs, or seven dashboards with detailed graphs and KPIs of the portfolio and its activity (transactional behavior, disputes, cards, accounts and others.
