Enrollment

The enrollment process involves registering a new customer. This process in the integration between MO Manage and Galileo requires the following steps:

  1. The program manager (PM) covers the onboarding and origination of the customer for a credit card.
  2. PM hits MO's Credit Card Core Create Customer endpoint to create a customer in the ledger.
  3. Leveraging native integration, MO hits Galileo's Create Account endpoint, creating an account in Galileo's system.
  4. MO receives Galileo's Event API call confirming successful account creation, including PRN and External Account ID.
  5. MO forwards the Galileo's Event API call to PM through a webhook.
