Access to the platform

To access the Admin portal for the first time, it is necessary to have a username and a temporary password. This data will be provided by the MO team to the client at the time of starting the project. If you do not yet have these permissions, you can contact MO's support team and they will provide you with one.

Once you have your username (email) and temporary password, enter them in the fields provided and then click the "Log in" button to continue. If the information entered is correct, the platform will prompt you to change your temporary password to a permanent one.

In case any user has problems logging in to the Merchant Panel, you can contact MO Technologies technical team at [email protected] and they will be able to provide you with the necessary support.



Temporary Password Change

To successfully change your password, you must verify that it meets the requirements stipulated at the bottom of the screen: include a letter, a number and have at least eight (8) characters between numbers and letters.

You will know that your password has been successfully changed when the screen displays "Account created successfully" and a confirmation message arrives to your e-mail.
To enter the platform, click on the "Continue" button and log in with your username and new password.


Forgot your password?

In case you forget your password and cannot log in to the platform, you can click on the "Forgot password?" button. This button will redirect you to another screen where you will have to follow a series of steps to recover your password.

Step 1: In the "Email" field enter the email address with which you are registered on the platform and then click on the "Continue" button. By clicking on this button, you authorize MO to send you a verification code that will allow you to recover your password. Remember that there is a time limit for recovering your password. Try to complete the process in the shortest time possible. If the code expires because you exceeded the time limit, you will have to start the process again.

Step 2: In the "Verification code" fields enter the code you received in your email. If you did not receive it, click on the "Resend" button and enter the new code. If you do not enter the code before the timer expires, you will have to request a new code by clicking on the "Resend" button.

Step 3: Enter your new password meeting the requirements specified on the screen: include a letter, a number and have at least eight (8) characters between numbers and letters. Then click the "Continue" button to save your changes.

Paso 4: Si su contraseña cumple con los requisitos mencionados anteriormente, su nueva contraseña habrá sido creada exitosamente. De clic en el botón “Continue” para ingresar a la plataforma con su nueva contraseña.




Log Out and Platform Support

At the top of the Admin Portal, the user will find the following options on the right side:

  1. Support button: In case you have any issues and require assistance from the MO support team, you can click on the " ? ” which will redirect you to your email application to contact the support team.

  2. Profile button: when the user wants to log out, just click on the button in the upper right corner, and in the drop down click on the "Log out" button. The session will be automatically logged out.
