Review your product and credit card user accounts

Accounts

In this section, Accounts, you will be able to see all the accounts or users of your products and credit cards created to date. It has filters to facilitate the search for the accounts you wish to view.

At the top you will find some filters that will allow you to make a better search.

  1. Filter Search: Enter the Account ID or Status to find your information in the list.
  2. Filter Created at: Select a specific date or period (days, weeks or months) to find accounts created on these dates. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search.
  3. Filter Product: Select a product to find the accounts belonging to this group. The filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search.

The user can make use of one or more filters at a time. Once you have selected the filters you want to work with, click on the "Search" button to start the search.

The Created at filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search. Select the period you wish to search for (manually in the calendar or by using the preset options on the left), then click on the "Set Date" button to select the date.

By clicking on "View details" or on any field in the list, you will be able to access the account details and all related information.

Account Detail

Within the account detail you will find information captured from the client in the onboarding, it has other sub-sections that will help you to have more detail about the operation of the account, the use of the credit card and its products.



Overview

In Overview you will have an overview of the account detail, customer information, account billing cycle summary, credit cards held by the customer to date and authorizations and payments made by the customer.



Authorizations

In Authorizations you will be able to see all the authorizations made by the customer with his credit card, this section has filters to facilitate the search.

At the bottom of the list, you will find a pagination that will allow you to move between the pages of the list, and you will find a drop-down, which will allow you to increase or decrease the number of visible items per page.

At the top of this section, you will find some filters that will allow you to make a better search.

  1. Search Filter: Enter the description, Authorization ID or offer ID to find the information in the list.
  2. Last Update Filter: This filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search. Select the period you wish to search (manually in the calendar or by using the preset options on the left), then click on the "Set Date" button to select the date.

The user can make use of one or more filters at a time. Once you have selected the filters you want to work with, click on the "Search" button to start the search.

List fields :

  • Description: Merchant name
  • Authorization ID: Unique identifier used to identify the authorization on the platform.
  • Offer ID: Unique number assigned to identify the offer.
  • Amount: The amount of the transaction, expressed in the corresponding currency.
  • Interest Rate: Refers to the interest rate charged on the transaction.
  • MCC Code: 4-digit trading category identifier code.
  • Creation date: Date on which the authorization was created.
  • Last Update: Date the authorization was last updated.
  • Status: Authorization status Completed, Pending, Rejected.

Settlements

In Settlement you will be able to see all the confirmations of authorizations made to credit cards, this section has filters to facilitate the search.

At the bottom of the list, you will find a pagination that will allow you to move between the pages of the list, and you will find a drop-down, which will allow you to increase or decrease the number of visible items per page.

At the top of this section, you will find some filters that will allow you to make a better search.

  1. Search Filter: Enter the Settlement ID to find the information in the list.
  2. Last Update Filter: This filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search. Select the period you wish to search (manually in the calendar or through the pre-determined options on the left), then click on the "Set Date" button to select the date.

The user can make use of one or more filters at a time. Once you have selected the filters you want to work with, click on the "Search" button to start the search.

List fields:

  • Merchant's Name : Merchant's name
  • Settlement ID: Unique identifier used to identify the confirmation on the platform.
  • Amount: The amount of the transaction, expressed in the corresponding currency.
  • Interest Rate: Refers to the interest rate charged on the transaction.
  • MCC Code: 4-digit trade category identifier code.
  • Creation date: Date on which the confirmation was created.
  • Last Update: Date the conformation was last updated.
  • Status: Status of the confirmation Active, Paid, Disputed, lost, in dispute, canceled, frozen

Payments

In Payments you will be able to see all payments made by the client to his credit cards, this section has filters to facilitate the search.

Disputes

In Disputes you will be able to see all the transactions that are in claim or dispute, this section has filters to facilitate the search.

  • Resolution Date: Date on which the dispute was resolved.
  • Status: Status of the dispute or claim Accepted, Pending, Rejected.


Payments Promises

In Payments Promises you will be able to see the payment promises that a customer has on his credit card, this section has filters to facilitate the search.

  • Payment promise ID: Unique identifier used to identify the payment promise on the platform.
  • Minimum Payment: The minimum amount that the client can make, expressed in the corresponding currency.
  • Outstanding: It is the outstanding or missing amount of the minimum payment.
  • Payoff Amount: The base amount that must be paid in order not to generate interest.
  • Payoff Amount Outstanding: The amount of the minimum payment that remains to be paid in order not to generate interest.
  • Closing Date: Cut-off date or start date of the promise to pay.
  • Due Date: Maximum date by which the customer must pay or cover at least the minimum payment.
  • Status: Status of the promise to pay; Pending, In progress, Confirmed, Default, Overdue.

Financial Charges

In Financial Charges you will be able to see the financial charges applied to the customer's credit card, this section has filters to facilitate the search.

At the bottom of the list, you will find a pagination that will allow you to move between the pages of the list, and you will find a drop-down, which will allow you to increase or decrease the number of visible items per page.

At the top of this section, you will find some filters that will allow you to make a better search.

  1. Search Filter: Enter the Transaction ID or Financial charge Type to find the information in the list.
  2. Date Filter: This filter has a drop-down to facilitate the search. Select the period you wish to search for (manually in the calendar or by using the preset options on the left), then click the "Set Date" button to select the date.

  • Outstanding: This is the outstanding amount to be paid.
  • Is Active: Indicates whether the charge is active (True) or inactive (False).
  • Financial Charge Type: Type of charge or name of the financial charge.
  • Creation Date: Date on which the financial charge was created.
