OFFER DECISION ENGINE

Overview
The Offer Decision Engine (ODE) is an optional module that enhances the MO platform by selecting the most relevant credit offer for each user based on predefined conditions. This helps personalize the experience, improve offer conversion, and streamline the decision-making process.

The ODE is already integrated into the flow that handles credit authorizations within MO.

How It Works
ODE uses a set of business rules to decide which offer should be applied to a given transaction. These rules are saved in a database

If the rules match both the transaction data and the current state of the offer (it must be active), the corresponding offer is selected.

Availability

This module is provided as an optional add-on to the base solution. Activation must be explicitly requested in the contract. Rule management is not available through a user interface in this version — rules must be entered manually or through technical setup.
